On January 13, 2026 at approximately 13:33 hours, I, Ofc. Robertson, was dispatched to a dispute call at 82 McNeal Rd. Winder, GA 30680 about an individual believed to be Dalton Crimm smashing a woman’s window in the parking lot. I traveled to the address CODE 1 (no lights no sirens) in marked patrol vehicle #401. Prior to arriving at the scene Ofc. Barnard #135 detained Dalton while we conducted our investigation.

Upon arrival at the scene, I met with Alexandra Jones who claimed that Dalton had busted her driver’s side window in. I noticed that Alexandra’s driver side window on her Honda Pilot (GA tags: [REDACTED]) had been shattered but was still in place. I proceeded to ask Alexandra what happened and she explained to me that she knew Dalton was cheating on her with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and that Alexandra came up there so that Dalton could see his son. Dalton does not have any custody of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who is the child of Dalton Crimm and Alexandra Jones. Alexandra then explained to me that while she was trying to leave Dalton busted her window and kept preventing her from leaving. I then asked for Alexandra’s drivers license so that I could make sure all her information was correct. The pictures of the damaged window have been taken and attached to this report.

I then approached the back door of Ofc. Barnard’s marked patrol car #407 as that was where Dalton Crimm was placed after he was detained. I then read Dalton his Miranda rights at 13:57 hours and Dalton agreed to answer further questions. I then asked Dalton what happened and he said that Alexandra had arrived at the bakery and went into the enclosure that Dalton and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were sleeping in out back and told Dalton that he needed to come to the car and see his kid before Alexandra beat [REDACTED BY AGENCY] up. He then went outside and Alexandra tried to hit Dalton with the Honda Pilot. Dalton then busted the window of Alexandra’s Honda Pilot. He admitted to busting the window but did sa that it was not his intention to bust the window. Dalton also stated that Alexandra had kicked over [REDACTED BY AGENCY] scooter and damaged it.

I walked back to my marked patrol vehicle and entered Alexandra Jones on my mobile GCIC/NCIC and she returned with a valid driver license and no warrants for her arrest. I entered Dalton Crimm on my mobile GCIC/NCIC terminal and he returned with an active warrant for his arrest from Jackson County. I requested Barrow County Dispatch to confirm the warrant and see if Jackson County wished to place a hold on Dalton. Jackson County advised us that the warrant was valid and they wished to place a hold on Dalton. Dalton was informed about his warrant and that he was now in custody.

I then went and talked to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] after getting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] information and I asked her if she was present for the encounter between Dalton and Alexandra and she said she was. I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] what happened to her scooter. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that when she came out of the enclosure that her and Dalton were sleeping in, she realized her scooter was knocked over.

I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] if she saw Alexandra knock her scooter over and she stated that she did not see her do it but she did suspect her of knocking it over. I then asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to show me the scooter and where the damage was. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] led me and Ofc. Maleski #150 around to the back of the building where the scooter was and showed us the scuff marks and where the scooter had been turned over and the battery fell out of it. There were also indentions in the dirt and dirt on the left side of the handlebar where the scooter had fallen in the dirt. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also showed me damage on the headlight where the housing was cracked and looked to be broken. I was then made aware that the business had surveillance cameras. Ofc. Maleski and I then went into the business and watched the video footage. The pictures of the damages to the scooters were taken and attached to this report.

Upon watching the video footage, I saw when Alexandra arrived at 13:29 hours she pulled into the side alley of the business. She then walked around to the back side of the business where Dalton and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were staying. Alexandra then pushed over [REDACTED BY AGENCY] scooter and went into the enclosure that Dalton and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were staying in. Alexandra then exited a short time later and tried to flip the scooter over again. Alexandra then began to walk back to her car.

After getting in the car Dalton then exited the enclosure and began to go towards Alexandra’s car. Alexandra reversed the vehicle in the opposite direction of Dalton and Dalton stumbled towards the car. Dalton kept pursuing the car after regaining his balance and began to approach the driver’s side window. At this time Alexandra began driving the vehicle in Dalton’s direction in an attempt to hit him. At this point Dalton moved to the driver side of the vehicle and was pinned between the parked vehicle and Alexandra’s vehicle in the alley. Dalton then busted out the driver’s side front window of the Honda Pilot at 13:33 hours. This was believed to be a action taken in self defense.

Dalton then started going back towards the enclosure he was staying in, Alexandra then began to drive the car towards Dalton again in an attempt to hit him. She then reversed again, almost striking a parked vehicle behind her. Alexandra then reversed out of the alley. Alexandra then reversed into the parking lot in front of the building. Dalton came around the corner of the building and began approaching Alexandra’s car again. Dalton did stop before fully approaching the car and turned around and headed back around the corner towards the enclosure that Dalton was staying in. The video footage request form for retrieval of the video was filled out and submitted to [REDACTED] who is the Evidence Technician

After watching all of the video I had enough probable cause to arrest Alexandra Jones for Aggravated Assault (FV), Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault (FV) and Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree. I then placed her in handcuffs and double locked them and checked for fit. I then let dispatch know that I had one female in custody. I then searched Alexandra incident to arrest looking for weapons, contraband, and means of escape with a negative result. I also checked the back of patrol car #401 for weapons, contraband, and means of escape with a negative result. Alexandra was then placed in the back of patrol car #401 and buckled in for safety.

I then searched a bookbag that Dalton had with him when he was detained. After doing that I relinquished custody of the bag to Dalton’s brother per his request. I did not relinquish custody of the bag to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as she told us she was on felony probation and could not possess a firearm or any ammunition. I then asked Dalton to get out of the car and so I could search him prior to him being transported to Barrow County Jail. I searched Dalton for weapons, contraband, and means of escape with a negative result. The backseat of patrol car #407 was checked before Dalton was placed inside. Looking for weapons, contraband, and means of escape with a negative result. Dalton was informed that he was under arrest for a warrant out of Jackson County and that they did wish to place a hold on him.

I provided [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with a case card as well as Alexandra’s mother who took custody of the Honda Pilot (registered owner of the vehicle) and Alexandra and Dalton’s son per Alexandra’s request.

Ofc. Barnard transported Dalton to Barrow County Jail and I transported Alexandra to Barrow County Jail. Dispatch was made aware of my starting mileage and that I was enroute to Barrow County Jail.

Once I arrived at Barrow County Jail both Alexandra and Dalton were turned over to Barrow County Jail Staff without any further incident. The victim notification form was completed and left at the jail. I checked the backseat of patrol car #401 after dropping Alexandra off looking for weapons and contraband with a negative result.

I obtained 4 warrants for Alexandra:

Aggravated Assault (FV) – Warrant Number: 2026-0100FW
Cruelty to Children in the 3rd Degree – Warrant Number: 2026-0099MW
Simple Assault (FV) Warrant Number: 2026-0098MW
Criminal Trespass Less than $500- Warrant Number: 2026-0097MW
