[NARRATIVE #1 on August 09, 2025]
I responded code 1 with my FTO Deputy Ferguson to 916 Loganville Hwy (Ulta Beauty), Bethlehem, GA 30620 on Saturday 8/9/2025 at approximately 1321 hours in reference to a hit and run accident that occurred on Friday 8/8/2025.
I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she was an employee of Ulta Beauty. [VICTIM #1] said she parked her 2021 Nissan Rouge in the parking lot facing Ulta. [VICTIM #1] said she worked until 2100 hours. When [VICTIM #1] got home she was looking on FACEBOOK and on the Barrow County Rants and Raves page a picture of her vehicle was posted by a [WITNESS #1].
Within the post [WITNESS #1] stated he saw two white females leave Carter’s clothing store and get into a new model black Dodge Ram 3500. The driver of the truck was a thin white female with brown/brunette hair. [WITNESS #1] stated in the post that he saw them hit the Nissan Rogue and abruptly leave the scene. [WITNESS #1] stated he was unable to get the tag number or direction of travel.
[VICTIM #1] said she went outside and saw the damage to her vehicle. [VICTIM #1] decided to wait until she was returning to work to file a police report because she lives in another county. [VICTIM #1] stated she spoke with employees of Carter’s Clothing, and they told her their video camera does not cover any of the parking lot. [VICTIM #1] said Ulta Beauty’s camera does not cover any of the parking lot either. [VICTIM #1] stated she would press charges if we are able to locate the driver of the Dodge Ram.
I advised [VICTIM #1] that an incident and accident report would be completed. I gave her a business card with the case number on it. Deputy Ferguson viewed the FLOCK cameras during the time frame of 2020 and 2100 hours but never saw a black Dodge Ram 3500.

[NARRATIVE #2 on April 30, 2026]
On 04/30/2026 at approximately 0834 hours, I picked up Amanda Puckett from the Walton County Detention Center. Amanda Puckett is not pregnant and has not recently given birth to a child, which indicates she is not postpartum at this time. I secured Amanda Puckett in double locked handcuffs in the front, belly chains and leg irons. I checked each cuff to ensure proper fit. Amanda Puckett was searched and secured in the back seat of patrol vehicle 2453, in a seat belt.
I transported Amanda Puckett to the Barrow County Detention Center in reference to Driving on a Suspended License and Hit and Run warrants taken out by Inv. Geiman of the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office and one State Court Bench Warrant and turned her over to the staff on duty. The warrants were served to Amanda Puckett at this time.
The back seat of patrol vehicle 2453 was searched prior to and after Amanda Puckett was in it and no contraband was found.
Video and audio of this transport are available from the issued body camera of Deputy B. Couch. Patrol Vehicle 2453 does not have car camera capabilities.
