On Friday, October 10, 2025, at approximately 2219 hours, I responded Code 3, emergency lights and sirens, to Koury Farms, 972 Old Hog Mountain Rd, regarding a dispute where one party was said to have pulled a gun and pointed it at people.

Upon arrival, the suspects, Bryan Oglesby and Skyler Oglesby, were found to have left prior to my arrival, so I began interviewing witnesses and victims. I first spoke to [VICTIM #1], who stated he was inside the venue for a friend’s wedding, and heard raised voices and loud commotion coming from the main event hall. He went into the event hall and saw both Bryan and an elderly female on the ground, both attempting to get up. He then went to assist the elderly female up and saw Bryan swing a closed fist at [VICTIM #2]. The punch did not connect, but [VICTIM #1] immediately got between Bryan and [VICTIM #2] and told Bryan he needed to leave. Bryan then went outside, with [VICTIM #1] following.

Skyler then approached [VICTIM #1] aggressively and exclaimed, “I’m going to break all y’all’s jaws!” [VICTIM #1] then put out his hand and told Skyler he and his father, Bryan, needed to leave, but Skyler swatted his hand away and then took a bladed stance, balling his fists and raising them. [VICTIM #1] said he assumed a similar stance, thinking Skyler was about to fight him, but Bryan drew a handgun and pointed it directly at [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] then raised both his hands and began backing away when other members of the wedding party came outside. He said [WITNESS #1], Bryan’s other son and the groom of the wedding, came out and pushed Bryan. Bryan then pointed the gun directly at [VICTIM #3], the bride’s father, and began yelling that he was “going to shoot every one of you mother fu*kers!” as he waved the gun around from person to person. [VICTIM #1] heard someone say they were calling the cops, and then Bryan and Skyler left in their vehicles.

I next spoke to [WITNESS #1], who said he was in the event hall talking with [VICTIM #2], when Bryan approached them. [WITNESS #1] said that he, his father, and brother had all been drinking at the wedding, but he had never seen his father drink so much before tonight. He said he was not sure what [VICTIM #2] had said, but Bryan began to act aggressively towards [VICTIM #2]. [WITNESS #1], however, knew what his father was about to do, so he stepped between them and pushed Bryan away. Bryan then stepped back up to him, and so [WITNESS #1] pushed him again, causing Bryan to fall to the ground. [WITNESS #1] said that other family members then pulled him away from his father.

He then went outside and saw his father in another confrontation with [VICTIM #1], and so he shoved him again before his father and brother left. [WITNESS #1] said he did not see the gun, but he knows his father carries a Glock .45 caliber handgun, and he said that earlier in the day, his father had told the photographer that she would not want him to empty all his pockets, which leads him to believe his father was carrying the handgun during the wedding party.

I next spoke with [VICTIM #4], [VICTIM #2]’s wife, and she said she saw what happened inside the venue between Bryan and [VICTIM #2], then she went outside to see what was going on there. She said she stepped up next to [VICTIM #3], and Bryan pointed the gun directly at her as he was making the above-mentioned threat. She said she retreated inside and told everyone to get away from the doors. She said that while Bryan was pointing the gun at everyone, Skyler was exclaiming that he was going to get his gun too.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #3], and he said he saw the confrontation between Bryan and [VICTIM #2] inside, then followed outside as well. He told Bryan that he needed to be nice to everyone, and that was when Bryan pointed the gun directly at his face while yelling the threats. He said he then saw Bryan point the gun at [VICTIM #4], and then Bryan was just waving the gun at everyone. He said Skyler was yelling that he was going to go get his gun too, and then, once someone said the cops were called, Bryan and Skyler left.

I then spoke to [VICTIM #2], and he said that while he and [WITNESS #1] were speaking, Bryan came up and was very agitated. [WITNESS #1] then got between them and pushed Bryan, causing him to fall, and when he got back up, he swung his fist at [VICTIM #2], but missed. [VICTIM #2] said [VICTIM #1] then got involved and yelled at Bryan that he needed to leave. [VICTIM #2] never went outside, so he did not see anything further.

I then spoke with two other witnesses, [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #3], and they both stated they saw Bryan pointing the gun at multiple people outside of the event hall. They both gave written testimonies to what they witnessed.

Based on the statements from all the parties, I developed probable cause for the following offenses against Bryan Oglesby:

Three counts of Violation of OCGA 16-5-21, Aggravated Assault, for intentionally pointing a firearm at [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #4], during a dispute, while exclaiming that he was “going to shoot every one of you mother fu*kers!” Three counts of Violation of OCGA 16-11-37 Terroristic Threats and acts, for exclaiming he was “going to shoot every one of you mother fu*kers!” while actively pointing a gun at [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #4].

One count of Violation of OCGA 16-5-20, Simple Assault, for swinging a closed fist at [VICTIM #2], during a dispute, attempting to strike him.

I also developed probable cause for the following charge against Skyler Oglesby:

Violation of OCGA 16-5-23 Simple Battery, for striking [VICTIM #1]’ hand as he was attempting to de-escalate the dispute and usher Skyler from the area.

Warrants were secured for the above offenses. Written statements were given by [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #3], [VICTIM #2], [WITNESS #3], and [WITNESS #2]. Case cards were given to all parties present.
