On 10-29-2021, I responded in a normal driving condition to [1500 BLOCK] Farmington Way Apt [REDACTED] about a warrant service. The warrant was for the arrest of Holly Crotts for 2 counts of Violation of Family Violence Order that were taken out by Winder PD.

Contact was made with Holly at the front door of the apartment. I informed her why I was there and I had Dispatch confirm the warrants. After Holly was placed in double-locked handcuffs, she was asked if she had anything on her person and she said “drugs”. While Holly was in handcuffs, she pulled out a small clear plastic baggie and it contained a crystal-like substance (Methamphetamines). The baggie had blue stars printed on the outside. Due to my knowledge and experience, I identified the substance as Methamphetamines. Holly said, “can you just throw that away”.

Holly was then escorted downstairs and placed in my patrol vehicle by Deputy Wolf. Holly was then transported to the detention center for processing. After arriving at the detention center, Holly was turned over to the booking staff for the 2 Winder PD warrants. I informed the booking staff that I would be securing a warrant for the methamphetamines also.

A warrant was secured and I placed the Methamphetamines into evidence at the Barrow County Sheriffs Office. The weight of the methamphetamines was 2.2 grams.
