On November 26th, 2025, at 0948hrs, I was on Hwy 211 NW, heading towards Interstate 85, when I noticed a Blue Lexus IS-F without a license plate enter the left-hand turn lane. The Lexus drove up to the red light, never stopping, and failed to use a turn signal, went through the red light, and made a U-turn. I then activated my emergency lights and sirens and called out a traffic stop.

I notified dispatch that I was attempting to catch up to the blue vehicle. The blue Vehicle sped off at a high rate of speed and began crossing into oncoming traffic at a high rate of speed, driving recklessly. I called out the reason for the traffic stop (NO LICENSE PLATE), and my speed at the time was 118MPH. I continued to follow the Lexus at a high rate of speed. I would call out the crossroads, and every time I could see him leaving his lane of travel, multiple times. We continued on HWY 211 NW towards Winder. After we crossed the intersection of HWY 211 NW and Rockwell Church Rd, I lost sight of him due to the right-hand curve in the road.

At this time, Sgt. Lovein took the lead. About a mile down the road, I witnessed the Blue Lexus make a U-turn in front of Mayfair Way through the gore in the road. I then made a U-turn and continued to follow. At this time, Deputy Arango took the lead of the chase, and I lost sight of the vehicle. Deputy Arango and I continued to look for the vehicle. The vehicle could not be found.

I was contacted by dispatch. Dispatch stated they had a person on the phone who had information in connection with my previous 10-80. Dispatch connected me to the caller, identified as [REDACTED], DOB: [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] stated that his son-in-law, identified as Jonathan Hunter Williams, came home from getting gas and asked if he could park his vehicle in the garage. [REDACTED] stated that he never parks his vehicle in the garage, which he found strange. [REDACTED] stated that Williams said something had happened, but never told him what. [REDACTED] stated that after Williams parked his vehicle, A blue Lexus IS-F, in the garage, he got ready for work and left in another one of his vehicles.

[REDACTED] stated that he was curious as to what Williams was talking about and checked out the vehicle in the garage. [REDACTED] Found Williams’s Blue Lexus IS-F in the garage and stated that it had white paint down the side and a broken driver’s side rear-view mirror. That’s when [REDACTED] called 911 and was then patched through to me. [REDACTED] was also able to provide me with Williams’ Phone number [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was also able to provide me with his work location, Steak and Shake in Cumming Georgia, and the address where the vehicle was parked, [1000 BLOCK] Easy St., Winder, Ga.

Lt. Holloway, Deputy McCurry, Deputy Catapano, Deputy Jackson, and I went to [1000 BLOCK] Easy St., Winder, Ga. I met up with [REDACTED], and he allowed me to look at the vehicle in the garage. I was able to confirm this as the vehicle I was trying to stop. It matched a Flock Pick and had damage consistent with the two hit-and-run accidents that occurred during the vehicle pursuit. I was able to get the VIN [REDACTED] and then run them through GCIC. Vin # returned to a 2008 Blue Lexus IS-F. Registration was cancelled, and the vehicle had no insurance coverage.

The Georgia State Patrol was able to make contact with Williams at the Steak and Shake in Cumming, and they placed him under arrest. I then met with the Trooper and took Williams into custody. Williams was placed in double-locked and properly fitted handcuffs. Williams was placed in the back of my patrol car, which was checked for contraband before and after transport; nothing was found. Williams was then driven to the Barrow County Detention Center and handed off to the Detention Deputies without incident.

I did read Williams his Miranda rights and asked a few questions, but he refused to admit to running from me earlier.
