On Monday December 29th , 2025, I was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Ardell Ct in reference to damage to property. I responded normally to the residence.

When I arrived, I spoke to the complainant Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she sent a text to her daughter Ms. Katherine O’Steen saying she is getting married on Valentines Day. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Katherine did not like that her mom is getting remarried and drove to her residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Katherine knocked on the door, but Ms. [VICTIM #1] did not answer due to the many issues between her and her daughter. Ms. Katherine then took her keys and etched in the door “MAGATARDS” and left the residence. Ms. [VICTIM #1] said Ms. Katherine is driving a Black Nissan Rouge and is living with her father at [500 BLOCK] Rice Dr. Ms. [VICTIM #1] thinks the damage is under $500.00.

Sgt West #809 and I drove to [500 BLOCK] Rice Dr and requested a Barrow County Sheriff patrol officer to meet us at the residence. The Black Nissan Rouge was observed parked in the garage. We made contact with Ms. Katherine, and she provided information about what took place at [300 BLOCK] Ardell Ct. Ms. Katherine stated that she knocked on the door and her mom did not answer. Ms. Katherine stated she then took her car keys and scratched the door.

I explained to Ms. Katherine that she was going to be arrested for Criminal Trespass. I placed handcuffs on Ms. Katherine’s wrist, I checked for fit, double locked, and conducted a search incident to arrest. I placed Ms. Katherine in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and secured her with a seat belt. I transported Ms. Katherine to Barrow County Jail. Barrow County Jail took custody of Ms. Katherine without incident. Beginning and ending miles were provided to dispatch.

A warrant will be presented to the Barrow County Magistrate Judges for Criminal Trespass on Ms. Kathrine O’Steen.
