[NARRATIVE #1 on October 13, 2025]

On 10/13/2025 at approximately 1832 hours, I responded to Zaxby’s at 1945 Parkway Pointe Dr. Bethlehem, Ga 30620 in reference to a hit and run.

Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that she was in the drive through at Zaxby’s when another driver rear ended her. [VICTIM #1] was in a blue 2018 Chevrolet Impala bearing Ga plates [REDACTED] and the other driver was in a black Infinity passenger car. [VICTIM #1] stated that the other driver waved her on and she thought he meant to go to the side so they could address each other and have the accident resolved.

She pulled out of the drive through line and pulled into a parking spot. After she pulled into a parking spot, she told me the other driver exited the drive through line and left the parking lot, not stopping to resolve the accident. [VICTIM #1] told me the windows on the Infinity were rolled down and said the drive was a black male approximately 30 years of age. She also told me there was a baby in the back seat. The other driver turned left onto Parkway Pointe Dr. and then turned right onto Loganville Hwy.

[VICTIM #1] stated that she started to follow him but instead took photos of the car. The photos were too blurry to obtain a license plate from. She stated once the driver realized she was taking photos of the vehicle, the driver made a U-turn on Loganville Hwy and started traveling North. [VICTIM #1] was unable to tell where the vehicle went. [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle suffered minor damage to the bumper that’s estimates at approximately $1,000.00.

[VICTIM #1] was given a case card and I explained to her how to obtain a copy of the report.

See Crash Report 2025-00065057.

Further investigation is needed.

[NARRATIVE #2 on October 24, 2025]

On October 24th, 2025, at approximately 1609 hours, I received a FLOCK notification for a black Infinity, [REDACTED], traveling south on Loganville Highway. The notification stated that the vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run and that investigators needed the driver identified.

I located the vehicle at the Exxon, 925 Loganville Highway. I met with the driver, Kethon Prince. Kethon told me he picked the car up from his friend in Snellville about a week ago. I asked Kethon who was driving on October 13th, and he told me he did not know. I asked if he had been involved in any accidents since getting the vehicle. Kethon told me he had not.

The driver’s information was passed along to CID.

[NARRATIVE #3 on November 06, 2025]

On 11/06/2025 at approximately 2144 hours, I responded to [1000 BLOCK] Maggie Dr. Bethlehem, Ga 30620 in reference to a warrant attempt. Upon arrival, I made contact with Kethon Marquise Prince, who returned as a wanted subject. Deputy Sanson asked Dispatch to confirm the warrant. Dispatch confirmed the warrant was valid. I placed Prince under arrest, placed him in handcuffs, checked them for fitment, and double locked them. I searched Prince incident to arrest and placed him in the rear seat of my patrol car.
