On 02/18/2026 at approximately 0113 hours, I responded to the intersection of Hal Jackson Rd and Shoal Ct. in Winder, Ga in reference to an assault that occurred at [600 BLOCK] Chicken Lyle Rd. Winder, Ga 30680.

Upon arrival I made contact with the victim/complainant, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that around 2200 hours, he was at [600 BLOCK] Chicken Lyle Rd. Winder, Ga 30680 and was bent over trying to get something out of his bookbag. He told me that is when William Wilson came behind him and pushed a d*ldo between his legs and onto his butt. He stated that Wilson made a penetrating motion with the d*ldo multiple times. He stated it was a Caucasian flesh colored d*ldo. [VICTIM #1] stated that he wanted to press charges.

I proceeded to [600 BLOCK] Chicken Lyle Rd Winder, Ga 30680 to speak with William Wilson. I knocked on the door to the house and Wilson answered the door. I asked him if he had a gentleman over at the house earlier and he stated that he had [VICTIM #1] over. I asked if they had an altercation and he said no. I then told Wilson that [VICTIM #1] told me, Wilson touched him with a d*ldo and asked him if that was true. Wilson admitted to touching [VICTIM #1] with the d*ldo and stated that they were just playing around. I asked Wilson to show me where the d*ldo was and he pointed to the dresser drawer in his bedroom. A picture of the d*ldo will be attached to this report.

I placed William Wilson under arrest for Sexual Battery. I placed him in handcuffs, checked them for fitment, and double locked them. I searched him incident to arrest and no contraband was found. I placed him in the rear seat of my patrol car and transported him to the Barrow County Detention Center where he was turned over to Detention Staff. The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was searched before and after transport. No contraband was found.

[VICTIM #1] was given a case card and it was explained to him how to obtain a copy of the report.

I established Probable Cause for the following:

OCGA 16-6-22.1(B)(C) Sexual Battery: William Wilson did commit the offense of Sexual Battery when he intentionally used a d*ldo to make contact with the an*s and groin area of [VICTIM #1].
