On November 6, 2025, at approximately 0913 hours, I responded to 63 Lays Dr in reference to a child abuse that occurred at [200 BLOCK] Buckhorn Dr.

Upon arriving on scene I spoke with [WITNESS #1], who works for DFCS. She stated that she had received a report from [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that her child had been spanked two weeks prior and still had bruising on his butt. I never spoke with anybody other than [WITNESS #1], but she stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said her child had stayed with her boyfriend’s parents for a month. She stated that her boyfriend’s name was [REDACTED] and his parent’s names were Brenda Hawks and Willis Hawks.

According to what [WITNESS #1] was told, the Juvenile received a spanking on his butt and still had bruising on his butt from that. [WITNESS #1] told me that she had a meeting with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] tomorrow and would get more information then.

A picture of the bruises will be attached to this report. Both my supervisor and CID were notified. No charges will be taken at this time pending further investigation.
