On September 25, 2025 at 0712 hours, I was dispatched to Loloi Rugs located at 840 Cassville White Road in reference to an unknown female making bomb threats.
Deputy Wilson Giorgione and Deputy Evan Kimbel were the first to arrive on scene and located the female, later identified as Aileen Scheider. Deputy Giorgione issued verbal commands to Scheider, who was subsequently detained in handcuffs to the rear. Deputy Giorgione advised that Scheider was extremely irate, screaming, and using profanity toward deputies and others present. Scheider was secured in the rear of Deputy Giorgione’s patrol vehicle pending further investigation.
I then spoke with [WITNESS #1], an employee of Loloi Rugs, who was the initial complainant. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was outside picking up trash in the parking lot when Scheider approached him and asked for a lighter. After [WITNESS #1] provided one, Scheider lit a cigarette and asked [WITNESS #1] if “[REDACTED] still worked here.” [WITNESS #1] stated he was unsure and asked why she was asking. At that point, [WITNESS #1] reported that Scheider became irate, screaming and using profanity. Scheider stated that she “used to work here and all the employees used to rape her, and that the police aren’t doing anything about it, and if they don’t start she was going to come back with a bomb and blow the place up.”
When asked if anyone else heard the threats, [WITNESS #1] advised that he was the only one outside at the time. [WITNESS #1] completed a voluntary written statement which was consistent with the account he provided to me.
I then spoke with [WITNESS #2], Manager of Loloi Rugs. [WITNESS #2] confirmed that Scheider has never been employed by Loloi Rugs and that there was no record of her in their system as a past or present employee. [WITNESS #2] also provided video surveillance footage showing Scheider entering the property, speaking with [WITNESS #1], and then being contacted by law enforcement. The surveillance videos were submitted into evidence.
I then made contact with Scheider at the rear of Deputy Giorgione’s patrol vehicle. I read Scheider her Miranda Rights, which she stated she understood. Scheider then stopped speaking and said, “I’ll talk to someone else because you’ve set me off too many times.” This was my first encounter with Scheider.
Scheider was transported to the Bartow County Jail by Deputy Giorgione without further incident, other than continued profanity directed toward Deputy Giorgione from the rear of his patrol vehicle.
Warrants were secured for the following charges against Aileen Scheider:
Loitering and Prowling – for entering the property without a proper reason or authority.
Disorderly Conduct – for screaming profanity and making alleged threats that placed the public in reasonable fear.
[End of Narrative]
