On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 0400 hours, I was dispatched to 1144 N Tennessee St (Citgo) for a dispute. Upon my arrival, I spoke to the complainant, identified as Mr. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated a female entered the store with another female and they were arguing loudly. Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me he instructed the females to leave the store.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated one female returned to the store and started yelling and cursing at him. Mr. [VICTIM #1] informed me the female knocked a display of cigarettes to the ground. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated a pack of cigarettes struck him in the face.

Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated the female then left the store. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated he wanted to press charges and wanted to criminal trespass (CTW) female. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated the incident was captured on video. Mr. [VICTIM #1] was sent a Polaris link.

The female was located across the road. OFC. Lara insturcted the female to return to our location. I identified the female as Ms. Aileen Scheider. I placed Ms. Scheider into handcuffs behind the back, checked for fit, and double locked for safety. A pat down of Ms. Scheider was conducted with the back of my hand yielding negative of weapons or contraband.

I placed Ms. Scheider into the back of my department issued patrol vehicle which is searched prior to and after transport, yielding negative of contraband. Ms. Scheider was issued a CTW. I transported Ms. Scheider to 104 Zena Dr (Bartow County Jail). A warrant(CE-0177337) for disorderly conduct.
