On May 16, 2026, at 1114 hours, I was dispatched to handle a call by phone regarding a sexual offense that occurred on May 12, 2026, at [30 BLOCK] Green Rd, Kingston, GA 30145.

Upon making contact through dispatch, I spoke with [WITNESS #1], daughter of the victim, [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] reported that on May 12, 2026, [VICTIM #1] left her residence in Whitfield County, Georgia, to go to church with her ex-husband, Bobby Green, in Bartow County. [VICTIM #1] stated that she had stayed at Bobby’s residence on May 12 because she had not gone to church with Bobby prior to this incident, Church was set for May 13, 2026.

[VICTIM #1] stated that between 2100 and 2200 hours, she had gone to her room when Bobby came in and demanded sex. [VICTIM #1] stated she denied Bobby’s request, at which time Bobby told her to get on the bed on her knees. [VICTIM #1] stated she complied because she was afraid. [VICTIM #1] stated Bobby then used a large flesh-colored di*do and inserted it into her v*gina. [VICTIM #1] stated the incident caused her severe pain and that she has continued hurting since the incident. [VICTIM #1] further stated Bobby told her she better not tell anyone what had occurred.

[VICTIM #1] stated she left the following day and later told [WITNESS #1] about the incident. [VICTIM #1] explained the di*do was normally kept in a dresser drawer inside a box.

[WITNESS #1] advised that she was taking [VICTIM #1] to Gordon County Hospital due to extensive pain and being unable to use the restroom.

I spoke with Criminal Investigations Division Investigator Cody Jones regarding the incident. Investigator Jones instructed that [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] be advised not to contact Bobby Green due to the case being active. Investigator Jones also advised that a formal interview would need to be conducted at the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office next week.

[VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] were instructed not to contact Bobby Green. The case number was provided to [WITNESS #1].

Dispatch recorded the call.

What this means: Attorney Harry B. White filed a formal request asking the Bartow Superior Court to set a bond amount so that Bobby Terry Green could be released from custody while his case proceeds. What this means: After the defense filed its motion to set bond, the Bartow Superior Court issued a Rule Nisi — a formal court order directing the State of Georgia to appear and explain why the bond request should not be granted. The court scheduled that hearing before the Honorable Judge Samir J. Patel on June 15, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. The Cherokee Judicial District Attorney’s Office was required to be served with a copy of the motion and this order.
