[NARRATIVE #1 On September 19, 2025]
On September 19, 2025 I Officer B.L Nesbitt #012 with the Adairsville Police Department Uniform Patrol Division responded to [80 BLOCK] Barnsley Village Drive Adairsville, Ga 30103 in reference to a domestic which involved a subject threatening another with a knife.
Upon arrival on scene I made contact with the complainant [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated his son Cameron Huff had threatened his other son [VICTIM #1] with a knife during a verbal altercation during dinner. [WITNESS #1] stated he was able to secure the knife prior to my arrival on scene. [WITNESS #1] then lead us into the residence where I made contact with the Suspect Cameron who was sitting on the couch. I asked Cameron to come outside to separate him from the other parties involved in the incident to prevent any further issues.
I began talking to [VICTIM #1] and his girlfriend [WITNESS #2] in which they both stated Cameron pulled out a knife during a verbal altercation during dinner and began threatening to cut [VICTIM #1] and pointing the knife at him while advancing towards him. [VICTIM #1] stated that he was in fear for his life due to Cameron’s behavior and that he had psychological issues and has had violent tendencies in the past. [WITNESS #1] showed us the knife that Cameron used which was laying on the stove in the kitchen, the knife appeared to be a large bowie style knife.
Voluntary statement forms were completed by [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #2] and [WITNESS #1].
A photo of the suspected knife was preserved as evidence.

[NARRATIVE #2 On September 19, 2025]
On Friday, September 19, 2025 at approximately 2041 hours, I, Officer Orozco Avila, was dispatched to [80 BLOCK] Barnsley Village Trail in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival Officer Nesbith and Lt. J. Skidmore were already on scene.
I entered the residence and observed a male later identified as Cameron Jobe Hubb seated on a couch. A leather knife holster was observed next to him. I, along with Lt. J. Skidmore escorted Cameron outside of the residence. Once he was out we asked what happened. Cameron explained that earlier him and his brother had an altercation that started at Main st. Cameron explained that he gets very easily upset and explained he suffering from severe depression.
Probable Cause / Arrest
Based on Officer Nesbitt’s observations of the knife and the statements he obtained I found there was a probable cause to make an arrest.
Cameron was placed in handcuffs, cuffs checked for fitment and double-locked. He was transported to the Bartow County Jail and transferred into the custody of the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office without incident.
Charge: Aggravated Assault (Family Violence) — felony
Warrants: State warrants were obtained for Cameron Jobe Hubb for Aggravated Assault (Family Violence).)
Disposition
Suspect arrested and transported to Bartow County Jail; transferred to Bartow County Sheriff’s Office without any incident.
