On August 29, 2026, I was dispatched to the area of [50 BLOCK] E Main St., Kingston, Georgia, in reference to a report of misuse of the 911 system.

Throughout the day, Bartow County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) Dispatch received multiple calls from an individual identified as Ms. Chasity McEntire. BCSO Dispatch advised that a total of 11 calls had been received from McEntire during the day. During the calls, McEntire was reportedly vulgar, repeatedly yelled at call takers, and used profane language.

After receiving seven calls from McEntire, Sgt. Clonch contacted her by telephone and advised her that deputies would respond to her residence and take her report. Sgt. Clonch further advised McEntire that she needed to stop repeatedly calling 911, yelling at dispatchers, and using profane language. McEntire continued to yell at Sgt. Clonch and use profane language during the telephone conversation.

Sgt. Clonch advised McEntire several times that if she continued calling 911 under these circumstances, she would be charged with misuse of the 911 system. He then ended the telephone call.

Approximately 10 minutes later, McEntire called BCSO Dispatch again and began yelling at the call taker. Due to McEntire continuing to misuse the 911 system after being warned, I responded to her residence.

Upon arrival, I made contact with McEntire and asked her to step outside the residence. Once McEntire exited the residence, I placed her under arrest for misuse of the 911 system. McEntire was transported to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office Jail without incident.

A warrant was completed and subsequently confirmed by Bartow County Magistrate Judge Gunn.
