Inspector Notes: Observed potentially hazardous TCS foods improperly cold holding above 41F on front service self-serve bar and in custard topping RIC (see temp log). CA: All TCS foods being cold held shall be held at 41 degrees F or below. COS: PIC aware that coolers are not working. Milk was in inoperable cooler since day before and was discarded. Ice bath was replaced for cut lettuce and sliced tomato on self-serve prep top cooler (placed on toppings unit 2hours prior)
