On Monday, August 31, 2026, at approximately 1537 hours, I was dispatched to 1325 E Main St for a hit and run report. Upon my arrival, I spoke to the complainant who stated her vehicle (black and gray 2017 Chrysler Pacifica tag # [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) was struck by a black truck (black 2012 Toyota Tundra tag# [REDACTED BY AGENCY]).

Complainant stated she was traveling east on GA 113 near the intersection of Main Street Market Pl, when a black truck entered her lane of travel and struck her vehicle. Complainant informed me that the truck proceeded east on GA 113. Complainant advised me that she followed behind the truck blowing her horn to get the truck to pull over. Complainant stated as she was blowing the horn at the driver of the truck, the driver would shake her head as to say she would not stop. Complainant described the driver as a Hispanic female with black hair. After a GCIC inquiry of the suspect vehicle, it was discovered that the registered owner was identified as Ms. Ciatacecilia Palik. Complainant stated she wished to press charges.

Ms. Palik was located at [100 BLOCK] Overlook Pkwy Apt [REDACTED]. Ms. Palik stated her vehicle was struck from behind causing her to strike Complainant’s vehicle. I did not notice any damage to the back of Ms. Palik’s vehicle. I placed Ms. Palik into handcuffs behind the back, checked for fit, and double locked for safety. OFC Kirkland conducted a search of Ms. Palik yielding negative of contraband or weapons. I placed Ms. Palik into the back of my marked patrol vehicle which is search before and after transport yielding negative of contraband. I transported Ms. Palik to 104 Zena Dr (Bartow County Jail) for housing. I obtained warrants (CE-0183159) failure to maintain lane and (CE-0183160) hit and run.
