On Sunday, January 11, 2025, at approximately 0456 hours, I arrived at [200 BLOCK] East Felton Road, Cartersville, GA 30121, Guest House, in reference to a dispute.

While enroute, an anonymous caller advised Bartow Dispatch that a female was yelling in the parking lot in front of room [REDACTED].

Upon arrival, I heard a female yelling from the middle of the complex. I turned around to see that a white female, later identified as suspect/arrestee, Ms. Desirae Biddix, was in the parking lot yelling at a vehicle. I then observed a black male, later identified as Mr. [REDACTED], attempting to get Desirae back inside the room. As I approached, I asked the two parties to come speak with me, but they went into the room and slammed the door. I then approached the door and began knocking with no response.

After several attempts at knocking, Desirae jerked the door open and yelled, “Why the fu*k are you banging on my door?” I then advised her why I was there, and she responded, “I ain’t done nothing” before trying to close the door again. I prevented Desirae from doing this, and I had [REDACTED] step outside so I could speak with them separately. I asked Desirae what had happened this evening, and she stated she was just upset that her neighbor gets beaten on all of the time, and nobody does anything about it. I asked Desirae to elaborate on that, and she just continued to repeat herself.

While speaking with Desirae, it was apparent that she was extremely intoxicated by her slurred speech, watery eyes, and inability to stand up straight. Desirae continued to be vulgar, loud, and boisterous throughout our encounter, so [REDACTED] attempted to get her to calm down once we were complete, but Desirae pulled him back into the apartment and slammed the door. While we were trying to get in our vehicles and get turned around, Desirae repeatedly opened the door and yelled, “Fu*k the police” before slamming the door again. At this point, several residents of the complex had come outside to see what the commotion was, rendering Desirae a public nuisance.

I then re-approached the room and knocked, where Desirae yelled, “What do you want?” Desirae finally came back to the door after several moments where she was advised that she was under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, and she needed to put her hands behind her back. Desirae immediately fell to the floor, where she was placed into handcuffs behind her back shortly after. The handcuffs were checked for proper fit and double locked.

Desirae was then transported to the Bartow County Jail, where she was turned over to the deputies there with no further incident on a citation for Disorderly Conduct(B94226002).
