On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at approximately 1748 hours, I responded to [50 BLOCK] white Oak Dr in reference to a domestic disturbance between two sisters. I was notified by Bartow that the parties were separated and the suspect had left on foot.

The area was checked for the suspect, who I was informed was a black female wearing a gray sweet shirt and sweat pants. The female was unable to be located.

I spoke with Victim, and her sister, Ms. Desiree Smith, got into a verbal argument over their children playing after Ms. Desiree Smith told her kids to go inside and to stop playing. Mr. [REDACTED] stated that she got annoyed by this and confronted Ms. Desiree Smith in the garage about the incident.

Victim ended up knocking over a tote in the garage while arguing with Ms. Desiree Smith. Victim stated that Ms. Desiree Smith then pulled out a black in color pistol and pointed it at her while she racked the gun. Victim stated, Ms. Desiree Smith then said, “If you get any closer, I will shoot you,” before leaving the garage and locking Victim in the garage.

Victim stated she went through the house to her vehicle in the driveway, where she saw Ms. Desiree Smith attempting to get into Ms. [REDACTED]’s vehicle. Victim stated she had shoved Ms. Desiree Smith, telling her to get away from her vehicle.

Victim stated that when she pushed Ms. Desiree Smith, Ms. Desiree Smith then turned around and hit Victim in the forehead with her gun, causing a cut and swelling to her forehead next to her right eye. Victim stated she was calling 911, and Ms. Desiree Smith then left the residence before 911 could arrive.

Photos of Victim’s injuries were taken.

Victim stated that none of the children witnessed this incident due to them being upstairs and the incident taking place in the garage and driveway.

Victim stated she and Ms. Desiree Smith had both lived together at this residence before Victim moved out.

The area was checked an additional time, with negative contact made with Ms. Desiree Smith.

An electronic warrant for Ms. Desiree Smith was requested and granted by the Honorable Judge from the Magistrate Court of Bartow County, State of Georgia. The active and valid warrants are as follows:

• OCGA -16-5-21(B)(2). Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, Felony, Warrant # CE-0177746.

The warrant was added to the warrant log.
