On December 29th, 2024 around 1256 hours I was dispatched to make a phone call to [WITNESS #1] at [PHONE NUMBER REDACTED].
[WITNESS #1] told me that he was told by [WITNESS #2] that a 14 year old family member of his is involved in a sexual relationship with a 27 year old. [WITNESS #1] was told that Douglas Tant has been having sex with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He was told the first time it happened Douglas forced himself on [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. He told me that he does not know much more information but thought Law Enforcement should know. He said that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] lives with family at [100 BLOCK] Holcomb Rd NW Adairsville, Ga 30103 but could also be at [100 BLOCK] Railroad St Adairsville, Ga 30103.
[WITNESS #2] is [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother but does not have custody, she is homeless in the Glade Rd area.
