On August 30, 2026 at approximately 0757 hours, I was dispatched to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Collins Street apartment [REDACTED], Cartersville, Georgia 30120 in reference to indecent exposure.
Upon my arrival, I met with the complainant who stated his neighbor at [100 BLOCK] Collins Street, Genaro Villela Urieta, was in the front yard with his p*nis exposed and in his hand in front of him and his wife. Complainant provided a video which showed Mr. Villela Urieta with his p*nis exposed in the front yard.
Officers McArthur and Reed made contact with Mr. Villela Urieta. Officers observed Mr. Villela Urieta’s pants unbuttoned. Mr. Villela Urieta was arrested by handcuffing his hands behind his back, checking the handcuffs for proper fit, and double-locking the handcuffs. Officer McArthur searched Mr. Villela Urieta incident to arrest with no contraband located.
Mr. Villela Urieta was placed in the back of my marked patrol unit which was searched before and after each shift, before and after each transport with no contraband located.
I transported Mr. Villela Urieta to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office and turned him over to Bartow County Sheriff’s Deputies without incident.
I obtained one warrant for Genaro Villela Urieta- Public Indecency (warrant number CE-0183148).
Complainant and his wife were advised of their Victim’s Rights AND provided a case number in reference to this incident.
