On 6/20/2026 at 1057 hours, i responded to a fight in progress at [10 BLOCK] Herring St. Upon my arrival, I made contact with Victim 3, Victim 2, and Victim 1. They told me the other party had left in a silver mercedes passenger car bearing GA tag: [REDACTED]. I notified incoming units and began interviewing the group.

Victim 1 stated they were leaving their residence at [10 BLOCK] Herring St and the silver Mercedes was stopped next to a silver pickup (GA tag: [REDACTED]) blocking the roadway while the drivers spoke. Victim 1 stated this went on for an extended period and she honked her horn to get the attention of the driver so he would move. Victim 1 stated the driver threw his hands up and suddenly accelerated his vehicle and nearly hit her vehicle before swerving at the last moment. Victim 1 stated she “flipped him the bird,” and the driver(later identified as Mr.lra Wilson) stopped suddenly and becan screaming and cursing at her stating he”runs this neghborhood,” and “You must not know what hood you are in.

Victim 3 stated he stepped out of the vehicle because he foresaw an altercation. Victim 3 stated that Mr. Wilson exited the Mercedes and attacked Victim 3 by swinging his fists at him. Victim 3 stated they exchanged blows and he was pushed into Victim 1’s BMW, breaking the side mirror and scratching the paint. Victim 3 stated he struck Mr. Wilson in the nose, possibly breaking it and Mr. Wilson got back in the vehicle and fled the scene. Victim 3 complained of pain in his right pinky finger and in his back, but refused Metro or medical attention.

I obtained photos of the damage to the vehicle. I made contact with the driver of the truck and identified him as Mr. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #1] refused to assist other than confirming that the driver and assailant was named Ira. Victim 3 was shown a license picture of Mr. Wilson and confirmed it was the man who drove at their vehicle and assaulted him.

All three victims stated they wished to press charges.

Warrants were secured for the arrest of Mr. Ira Wilson for three counts of Aggravated Assault, and a single count of Criminal Damage to Property-2nd and Simple Battery. Those warrants are attached to this report.
