On Friday, November 14th, 2025, at 0717 hours, I was dispatched to [50 BLOCK] Applewood Lane, in Taylorsville, Georgia, in reference to a juvenile complaint in progress.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] said that she and her son, Isaiah Muriel, got into a verbal altercation over him going to work because he was in trouble for an incident that had recently occurred.

She said that during the argument, he went into her office and grabbed her cell phone, that he knows he is not supposed to use. She said that a physical altercation took place over the cell phone during his attempts to prevent her from obtaining her cell phone back from him. She said he was using the cell phone to call someone, and said he also deleted photos and videos off of her cell phone.

I then spoke with Isaiah. Isaiah was asked if he prevented [VICTIM #1] from getting the phone back and he said yes. He also confirmed his knowledge that the phone was [VICTIM #1]’s and that he is not supposed to use that cell phone. I also asked him if he believed that doing so interfered with [VICTIM #1]’s immediate possession of the cell phone and he said yes.

Due to both persons statements being consistent with showing that Isaiah did in fact interfere with [VICTIM #1]’s possession of her own cell phone, Isaiah was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass-Interference With Property under The Family Violence Act.

Isaiah was transported to The Bartow County Detention Center without incident.
