On March 25, 2025 (Tuesday) I met with [VICTIM #1] in reference to a assault report.
[VICTIM #1] stated on March 18, 2025 (Tuesday) she took an UBER to her boyfriend’s /Jaiden Avalos residence so she could get the small amount of belongings she had there, because she was leaving him.
She stated once she arrived at the residence she asked the Uber driver to wait outside because she wouldn’t be long getting what she needed. She advised Jaiden pulled into the driveway at the same time.
[VICTIM #1] advised Jaiden was aware she was coming to get her stuff and when he walked inside he left the front door open and she followed right behind him. She stated once inside they both began to argue about her getting her stuff to leave.
She stated they stood there arguing so long that the UBER driver left without her. Jaiden then began to tell her she needed to get out of his house, which she eventually left walking and realized it was further then she anticipated so she turned around and went back to Jaiden’s residence. She called her friend / [REDACTED] to come pick her up, but she was in Cartersville and it was going to be a while before she could get there.
Once she got back to Jaiden’s residence he allowed her to come inside. [VICTIM #1] stated she sat on the couch and called [REDACTED] back and stayed on the phone with her. She stated Jaiden was playing online talking to his friends and kept talking to them about her, calling her names and stuff.
At some point Jaiden told her she needed to leave so he could go pick his daughter up. She stated she was still on the phone with [REDACTED] and Jaiden became upset and took her phone from her and threw it into the front yard. She stated he then came back over to where she was sitting on the couch and began to grab her to forcibly remove her from the residence.
She stated once he grabbed a hold of her and started being physical with her she some how grabbed a hold of his “chain” around his neck and held onto it for at least a minute. She stated Jaiden eventually let her go, so as a result she released her grasp on his “chain”. Once she let go she said Jaiden became extremely irate and that is when he started to hit her on the top of her head, started pushing her into the wall / ground, and grabbed her by the hair and started to “drag” her through the residence.
[VICTIM #1] advised she became very “dazed” and confused and remembers screaming for help. She stated the next thing she knew a next door neighbor came walking towards the door from where it was standing open and kept asking if everything was ok.
At that time Jaiden released her and she was able to crawl out of the residence. She advised Jaiden closed the door got into his car and left the area very quickly. At the same time [REDACTED] was pulling in. She stated it took her a few minutes to gather herself, but she eventually got what belongings she needed / had there and [REDACTED] took her home.
Once home she began to feel ill and her head began to hurt. Her mother then instructed her to seek medical attention.
[VICTIM #1] initially went to an urgent care, but they refereed her to the hospital where she was eventually diagnosed with a sever concussion.
At the time of the report [VICTIM #1] did not have any visible markings or injuries.
At this time [VICTIM #1] is wanting to file any charges she can against Jaiden.
