On November 15th, 2025, at 0257, I was dispatched to [30 BLOCK] Carnes Rd in reference to a runaway juvenile.

Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Mr. James Croy. Mr. Croy advised me that his [REDACTED BY AGENCY]-year-old foster child, Mr. [REDACTED], left the residence around 0250 hours in an unknown direction of travel.

Mr. Croy stated that on the morning of 11/14/2025, Mr. Croy’s wife, Ms. [REDACTED], had her vape taken by [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and called Woodland High School regarding the incident. After school staff searched [REDACTED BY AGENCY] they found the vape on [REDACTED BY AGENCY] girlfriend. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] became irate and began to argue with Ms. Croy. Mr. Croy stated that he began to intervene, and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] left the residence.

Mr. Croy believed that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was walking to his girlfriend’s house, but he did not know where she lived or her name.

Mr. Croy stated that there is an open case regarding [REDACTED BY AGENCY] with DFCS, and was advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was required to stay with him until a specific court date, but did not know when the court date was. Mr. Croy wasn’t able to provide the case worker’s information, nor [REDACTED BY AGENCY] date of birth. After numerous attempts, I was unable to find any information about [REDACTED BY AGENCY] through the Georgia Crime Information Center.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] was listed onto GCIC as a runaway, and this case is being left active until he can be located.
