On February 14th, 2026 I responded to 1144 North Tennessee Street ( Mamma’s Laundry ) in reference to Mr. Jefferson Wilson exposing himself to Victim.

Victim stated she was doing laundry when Mr. Wilson began talking to her and the preceded to take his p*nis out of his clothes and show it to her. Victim stated she did not want to see that and stated she wanted to press charges.

Mr. Wilson stated they had been flirting and talking the whole time and stated she was his girlfriend. Victim stated she’d never met Mr. Wilson. I spoke with reporting person who stated he had it on video. On video I saw Mr. Wilson talking to Victim and then pull out his p*nis trying to show her.

Mr. Wilson was arrested with both hands handcuffed behind his back, double locked and checked for fit. Mr. Wilson was escorted to the rear of my marked patrol vehicle where he was patted down incident search to arrest. Mr. Wilson was placed in the rear of my marked patrol vehicle and transported to the Bartow County Detention Center without incident.

Mr. Wilson was turned over to jail staff and an arrest warrant was obtained, warrant number CE-0179107. I then checked the rear of my marked patrol vehicle for contraband and none was located. I returned to service.
