On November 15, 2024 (Friday) I met with [VICTIM #1] in reference to a sexual battery report.

[VICTIM #1] stated on the listed date and times while at work (P&W Quality Machine) a co worked “smacked” her on the buttocks for no reason and without permission.

She stated while she was inspecting some parts a co worker / Jonathan Bowley went out of his way and walked up behind her and “smacked” her on the buttocks and kept walking. She then yelled at him and her turned around and made a comment about his hand hurting from her cigarette lighter she had in her pocket.

[VICTIM #1] stated the incident was witnessed by [WITNESS #1], who was operating a pieces of equipment close to her. At this time [VICTIM #1] began to walk up from to tell her supervisor about the incident. She advised [WITNESS #1] had already called the supervisor prior to her even getting up front.

She stated after making the complaint her boss had her review the security footage with them and in the footage you can see the incident take place just as [VICTIM #1] described.

[VICTIM #1] stated after the review of the incident there was no action taken place towards Jonathan and since she made the report her boss and other employees started giving her a hard times.

As of November 11, 2024 (Monday) she was “let go” from her job without any explanation. She stated her attorney advised her to file a police report for the incident.
