On Friday, June 19, 2026, at approximately 0753 hours I was dispatched to 165 Cassville Rd (Citgo) with Sgt. J. Starnes in reference to a suspicious person.

Sgt. J. Starnes advised he observed a white male, identified as Mr. Jonathan Mcintosh, expose his p*nis in a public place, and urinate on the side of the building with view from the roadway. I observed the side of the building and located a puddle of urine on the ground as well as on the walls. Mr. Mcintosh began uttering “I was only taking a pi*s” and “they said I could pee outside”.

Mr. Mcintosh was placed in handcuffs behind his back, double locked, and checked for proper fit. Mr. Mcintosh was searched incident to arrest and yielded negative for any contraband. Mr. Mcintosh was placed into the rear of my marked patrol vehicle that was searched before and after each transport which yielded negative for any contraband.

Mr. Mcintosh was transported to 104 Zena Dr, Bartow County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff without incident.

A warrant for public indecency (CE-0181844) was obtained.
