[WITNESS #1] stated on May 30, 2025 (Friday) her son/[REDACTED BY AGENCY] disclosed to her an incident that occurred at his God Mother / [REDACTED]’s residence possibly ([10 BLOCK] Sharp Way Se, Cartersville, GA) back in 2021 or 2022.

According to what [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told her, one time when [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stayed with [REDACTED], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] God Brother / Kenneth Rogers Jr. “KJ” made [REDACTED BY AGENCY] give him oral sex while they were in the kitchen and everyone else was upstairs.

At this time [WITNESS #1] is wanting the allegations investigated and charges filed.

I advised Inv. Abernathy of the incident via telephone. I also advised [WITNESS #1] that Inv. Abernathy would contact her and set up an interview.
