On July 21, 2026, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Jones Slough Rd, Kingston, GA, 30145, in reference to the complainant, [VICTIM #1], calling in stating that her father, Kevin Barnett, had just driven past their house headed west on Jones Slough Rd.

Upon being advised by dispatch that Kevin’s direction of travel was toward Hardin Bridge Rd, I started in that direction in hopes of intercepting Kevin on the road. I was advised that Kevin would be in a white 2023 Chevrolet Silverado with tag [REDACTED]. Upon searching for Kevin and the described vehicle for a couple of minutes with no success, I checked Flock for the last possible location, and at 9:24 P.M. the license plate was spotted at Euharlee Rd @ Hardin Bridge Rd headed southbound.

I went to the residence and made contact with [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #1], and [VICTIM #3]. I spoke to [VICTIM #2], and she stated they were hanging out on the porch when [VICTIM #1] looked up and yelled, “There goes dad” while pointing at the road. As [VICTIM #2] looked up, she saw the white Chevrolet Silverado Kevin drives for work. [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #1], and [VICTIM #3] all stated that they could confirm it was Kevin driving by. [VICTIM #1] showed me a text message from Kevin stating he drove by the house wanting to see her and her brother [VICTIM #3] and give [VICTIM #3] a drone, but did not stop due to him not wanting to upset [VICTIM #2].

Due to there being a conditional bond that was issued on January 28, 2026, stating Kevin had to stay away from [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #1], and [VICTIM #3] and to have no direct or indirect communication with them, warrants were issued for Kevin’s arrest.
