On April 18th, 2026, at approximately 1331 hours, I responded to [400 BLOCK] Sunset Dr. in reference to a domestic dispute.
Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that, at Kimberly’s request, while Kimberly was at work, she had begun moving out of the residence to stay at her mother’s house due to issues in their relationship. [VICTIM #1] advised me that while she was loading her vehicle with her belongings, Kimberly arrived home and began yelling at her, saying she didn’t want her to leave. Kimberly then began grabbing her belongings and dumping them from the containers into the yard. Kimberly then threw what appeared to be a cologne bottle at her windshield, causing it to bust.
[VICTIM #1] stated that Kimberly grabbed a glass bottle that was on the ground and began running towards her with it raised in a striking manner, causing [VICTIM #1] to fear receiving a serious injury. Kimberly began to chase her around the driveway for a short period of time before returning to the front door. [VICTIM #1] advised me that Kimberly never made physical contact with her.
While speaking with Kimberly, she corroborated [VICTIM #1]’s chain of events, stating that she chased her with a glass bottle because [VICTIM #1]’s life was falling apart and that she was mad.
[VICTIM #1] provided me with doorbell camera footage showing Kimberly picking up the bottle, striking a pose, and then running after her.
Kimberly was placed in handcuffs and transported to the Bartow County Jail without incident, where arrest warrants were issued in the offenses of Aggravated Assault and Criminal Trespass Damage to Property.
Photographs of the damage to [VICTIM #1]’s Vehicle were captured with a body-worn camera.
A citizen upload link has been sent to [VICTIM #1] regarding the doorbell camera footage.
Information regarding [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle and the damaged windshield has been added to the vehicle property section of this report.
[VICTIM #1] was provided with information regarding Domestic Violence services.
