On January 12th, 2026, at approximately 0111 hours, I responded to Waffle House located at 5250 Allatoona Gateway, Acworth, Ga 30101 in reference to a subject on scene exposing himself inside the restroom. Deputy J. Gillie #932 arrived on scene prior to me.

As I arrived on scene, I observed Deputy Gillie and a subject later identified as Kimorrow White walking out of the door to Waffle House. I then observed Kimorrow flee on foot towards the Red Roof inn. Deputy Gillie gave verbal commands for Kimorrow to stop, to which he did not comply. I activated my emergency lights and followed Kimorrow. Kimorrow ran to the back of Red Roof Inn where Deputy Gillie was able to place him against a fence.

As I exited my patrol car, I observed Kimorrow continue to resist with Deputy Gillie. As I approached, I was unable to see Kimorrow’s hands and did not know if he had any weapons. I unholstered my department-issued Taser 10, turned it on, and aimed it at Kimorrow while giving verbal commands. Deputy Gillie and I took Kimorrow to the ground to decentralize him. Deputy Gillie and I were able to place Kimorrow in handcuffs at this time. I checked the handcuffs for proper fit and double locked them.

We then placed Kimorrow in the rear seat of my patrol car. Deputy Gillie advised me that the caller, [WITNESS #1], had advised him that Kimorrow was inside the restroom of the restaurant. [WITNESS #1] stated the restroom door was open to the restroom as Kimorrow was mast*rbating. Deputy Gillie advised that when he first made contact with Kimorrow inside the restroom, he observed a bottle of lube and wipes in his hands. Kimorrow then began to kick the back window to my patrol car. Kimorrow was given commands to stop, to which he did not comply. Kimorrow was placed in a hobble restraints to prevent him from damaging my patrol car. Due to Kimorrow’s irate behavior, I was unable to obtain a statement from him. I then transported Kimorrow to the Bartow County jail. Kimorrow continued to resist Jail staff at the jail.

I applied for state warrants for Kimorrow for Public indecency, and Obstruction of officers misdemeanor (2 counts). I completed a Use of Force report for the incident.
