[NARRATIVE #1 on January 18, 2026]

On January 18, 2026, I was dispatched to [30 BLOCK] Moriah Way NE, Rydal GA, in reference to a domestic disturbance in progress. While in route, one of the parties called back in and said he was relocating to the Rydal Food Mart.

I arrived at the Food Mart and spoke with [VICTIM #1], who said he had been attacked by his mother and brother. He was very upset at the time and had several injuries and swelling to his face. EMS arrived on scene, and [VICTIM #1] was sent over to them to be looked at/treated. [VICTIM #1] said that he and his brother (Kamron McAllister) had been in an argument over some burnt beans and that he and his girlfriend, [VICTIM #2], had decided to leave and go to her mother’s house. He said they were trying to leave when his mother (Knakiea McAllister) showed up and started toward [VICTIM #2].

He said he stopped her, and that was when she and his brother attacked him. He said his brother was hitting him, and they fell to the floor. He said that his brother struck him in the face with something several times until it shattered. While this was going on, he said his mother was pulling his hair and hitting him. While his hair was being pulled, one of his dreadlocks was pulled off his scalp. It was still hanging on by a small piece of hair, but there was a large bald spot where the rest had been pulled off. He later said that he was also struck in the back with something hard, but didn’t know what it was.

I then spoke with [VICTIM #2]. She said that [VICTIM #1] had been in a verbal argument over burnt beans. She said they were upstairs, and she was downstairs with [VICTIM #1]’s daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. She said she went upstairs and separated them. She said they went downstairs and began getting ready to leave. She said that when they were putting [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in the car, [VICTIM #1] opened the door to the garage, and his brother was standing there on the phone with their mother. She said that [VICTIM #1]’s mother pulled into the driveway. She said his mother started coming toward her and that [VICTIM #1] stopped her, and then he was attacked by his mother and brother. She said his brother struck him in the face with something until it shattered, and that his mother pulled out a chunk of his hair. She said his brother also struck him in the back with a metal pole.

I then went to the house and spoke with Knakiea and Kamron. They had already given their statements to Deputy Noble, who is completing a supplement to this report. Knakiea said that [VICTIM #1] attacked Kamron and that Kamron defended himself. I asked to see where the fight occurred, so they took me to the garage and showed me. The spot they indicated had a shattered plastic tote, and a few feet away from that was the handle of a jack. I also noticed that Kamron had what appeared to be bruised knuckles. He had no injuries to his face that I saw.

All injuries were photographed on BodyWorn cameras.

Kamron and Knakiea were placed under arrest and transported to the Bartow County Jail. They were turned over to Jail staff without incident. I later took warrants for aggravated assault, Battery and Cruelty to children 3rd degree.

[NARRATIVE #2 on January 18, 2026]

On Sunday, January 18, 2026, while investigating a domestic disturbance involving [VICTIM #1], I conducted interviews and documented the scene of the physical altercation at [30 BLOCK] Moriah Way NE, Rydal, Georgia.

I made contact with Knakiea McAllister and Kamron McAllister at the residence. Both parties provided statements regarding the incident. Knakiea stated that [VICTIM #1] was the initial aggressor and that Kamron McAllister acted in self-defense during the altercation.

I also spoke with [WITNESS #1], Kameron’s Aunt who was present as well during all of this. [WITNESS #1] stated she heard but did not see most of the altercation. [WITNESS #1] did recall Kameron getting hit in the head by a tv remote thrown by [VICTIM #1]’s Girlfirend. I did not observe any visible injuries from that on Kameron’s head.

I requested that Knakiea and Kamron show me where the physical altercation occurred. They directed me to the garage area of the residence. In the location indicated, I observed a shattered plastic tote on the ground. A short distance away, I observed the handle of a jack lying on the floor. These items were consistent with statements indicating that objects were used during the altercation.

While speaking with Kamron McAllister, I observed what appeared to be bruising on his knuckles. Kameron also had a small scratch behind his left ear, possibly from the altercation between the parties.

All observed injuries and evidence were documented via body-worn camera.

Based on the totality of the investigation, including victim and witness statements, physical evidence observed at the scene, and documented injuries, probable cause was established. Kamron McAllister and Knakiea McAllister were placed under arrest and transported to the Bartow County Jail, where they were turned over to jail staff without incident.

This supplemental report is submitted to document follow-up investigation and evidence related to this incident.
