[NARRATIVE #1 on August 07, 2026]
On August 7 2026 at approximately 13:03 hours, the victim [VICTIM #1] requested a phone call from a deputy regarding some questions she had.
When I spoke to [VICTIM #1], she stated that in September 2025 she became a victim of family violence. As a result of that incident, the suspect (Levi Deville) was arrested for family violence offenses. [VICTIM #1] stated that Levi Deville was released on a conditional bond which stated that he was not allowed to have any direct or indirect contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] further stated that soon after the incident in September, she allowed Levi back into her residence and he has been residing there since. [VICTIM #1] stated that now Levi is trying to kick her out of her residence and she is afraid that he may become violent to her.
[VICTIM #1] told me that Levi was currently in Florida and may be returning later this date. When I reviewed the bond condition order, I discovered that it was not a bond order, but conditions to his probation sentence. I contacted [VICTIM #1] and advised her to call Bartow E911 when or if, Levi returns from Florida and we would come speak to him. [VICTIM #1] agreed to do so.
As of 17:20 hours on August 7 2026, [VICTIM #1] had not called Bartow E911.

On August 7 2026 at approximately 18:00 hours, the victim [VICTIM #1] reported that Levi Deville had returned from Florida and was currently located at their residence ([6800 BLOCK] N. Main Street, Acworth GA 30102).
Upon my arrival I located Levi Deville and he was placed under arrest for the offense of Stalking. Levi Deville was transported to the Bartow County Jail without incident.
