[NARRATIVE #1 on June 18, 2026]
On June 18, 2026, at approximately 1759 hours, I, Officer T. Ware, was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY], Adairsville, Bartow County, Georgia, in reference to a 911 investigation. Prior to my arrival, Officer B. Nesbitt informed me that they had responded to this residence earlier on this date (2026‑00003831) regarding a 911 call placed by Lisa Michelle Wallace‑Jackson. During that earlier contact, Mrs. Wallace‑ Jackson reportedly told Officer Nesbitt she was “just being stupid” and did not need police assistance.

Upon arrival, EMS personnel checked her vitals and informed us that she was medically stable. Mrs. Wallace‑Jackson then suggested that EMS transport her to the hospital. When asked for what reason, she stated something along the lines of needing “spouse counseling.” EMS personnel informed her they could only transport for medical purposes.
Mrs. Wallace‑Jackson then told EMS personnel that she wanted to go to the hospital for behavioral health.
EMS informed me they would transport her to AdventHealth in Calhoun, Georgia. I advised Mrs. Wallace‑Jackson that although she was being transported to the hospital, I would be obtaining a warrant for her arrest.

On Sunday June 21st 2026, I M.D. Mercado with the Adairsville Police Department conducted an warrant service at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at approximately 1342 hours.
I met with WALLACE-JACKSON, LISA who had an outstanding warrant through Adairsville Police Department “unlawful conduct during 911 calls”. Sgt. W. Burchett and myself explained the reason for the warrant. Mrs. Wallace-Jackson was then placed under arrest. Mrs. Wallace-Jackson was handcuffed behind the back, cuffs checked for proper fitting and double-locked.
