On March 6, 2026 at approximately 1308 Hours, I Officer B. Nesbitt #012 with the Adairsville Police Department Uniform Patrol Division responded to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in Adairsville, Bartow County, Georgia in reference to a criminal trespass report.

Prior to my arrival on scene, Bartow County E911 advised me a description of the suspect and stated he was a tall skinny black male and was walking towards Main Street. I observed a male walking matching the description and made contact with him. The subject was later identified as Myreon McConnell. I immediately noticed Myreon appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug due to his jittery behavior and bloodshot eyes.

I made contact with the subject and conducted a frisk search. Myreon stated he just came from the area of [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I then asked Myreon to get in the rear seat of my patrol vehicle and made contact with the complainant [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated she was in her yard searching for loose nails laying around due to her just having the roof of her home replaced.

[VICTIM #1] stated she was approached by a black male subject and he walked into her driveway without invitation. [VICTIM #1] stated the subject said she was beautiful several times and then leaned in closer and asked her if he could eat her a*s several times. [VICTIM #1] said his statement caught her offguard and made her feel very uncomfortable so she went inside her house and locked the door after telling him to leave several times. [VICTIM #1] stated the male then began knocking on her door and asking for water and at that point she decided to call Bartow E911. I then escorted [VICTIM #1] to the rear of my patrol vehicle and rolled the window down in which she stated Myreon was in fact the suspect. [VICTIM #1] stated she wanted to press charges and then completed a written statement. I then asked Myreon to get out of my patrol vehicle and placed him in handcuff’s.

Myreon was then transported to the Bartow County Jail where custody was relinquished to jail staff. Myreon was charged with Pedestrian under the influence, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespass.
