On Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at approximately 1936 hours, I was dispatched to [5000 BLOCK] HWY 20 NE Apt. [REDACTED] for a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Ms. [VICTIM #1].
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated her and Mr. Nester Sanchez had lived with each other for roughly 3-4 months and stated that this isn’t the first altercation. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the incident occurred roughly five minutes prior to calling dispatch. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Sanchez kept getting in her personal space, and he did not listen to her to leave her alone. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she had pushed Mr. Sanchez due to him not leaving her alone. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated once she had pushed him away, Mr. Sanchez had grabbed her around the armpit, holding her down on the bed.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated once Mr. Sanchez had let her go, she attempted to leave the residence and wanted to leave, but Mr. Sanchez had blocked the doorway and continuously pushed her back into the room. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated once he did not let her leave, she decided to call 911. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated once she had called 911, he decided that he would leave.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Sanchez had left the residence one she had called and stated she was unsure where he went to. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated he does not have a vehicle, so he had to walk away.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she would like to leave the residence due to Mr. Sanchez being on the lease with her. I waited for her to pack her belongings and walked her to the car due to the incident that had occurred.
Due to no visual marks and Mr. Sanchez leaving the scene prior to law enforcement arriving, no warrants were obtained in this incident.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated she wished to press charges in this incident and was advised of her Crime Victim’s Rights information. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was also provided with a case card in reference to this incident.
