On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, at 0815 hours, I was dispatched by phone to speak with Pamela Hall regarding case number 2025-00012410.
Last date, I was dispatched to [4500 BLOCK] April LN, Acworth, GA 30102, in reference to a Domestic report. Pamela told Bartow Dispatch that her husband, [VICTIM #1], had been verbal and physical with her but had left the residence, and she did not want him to come back.
I met with Pamela, who advised that she only called because she needed [VICTIM #1] to schedule a time to pick up his belongings. I advised her that I could not do that, and he needed to call to make arrangements. Pamela never mentioned anything about being in a domestic dispute with her husband, but advised that she did not want him at the residence. I asked Pamela if a domestic incident had occurred, and she said no, that she only needed to report that [VICTIM #1] needed to schedule a time to pick up his stuff.
Pamela’s friend, [WITNESS #1], was also on the scene but never mentioned anything about Pamela and [VICTIM #1] being in a domestic. I asked [WITNESS #1] if [VICTIM #1] finding a time to get his belongings was the only thing she needed, and [WITNESS #1] said, “I guess so.”
This morning at 0900 hours, Pamela called Bartow Dispatch, advising them that she needed to speak with me and tell me the truth. I contacted Pamela by telephone, and she advised that on 05/06/2025, during the evening, she was lying in bed and noticed [VICTIM #1] in the living room of their RV throw his cat “Mrs. Kitty” on the ground and saw him pulling up his pants and tightening his belt. She advised that he had sexual intercourse with the cat and said “Mrs. Kitty” had been in heat, so she was “moaning”. [VICTIM #1] then tried to get in bed with Pamela, and she told him no, then proceeded to bite him in the arm.
I asked Pamela why she did not say anything yesterday about the incident, and she said she was “too embarrassed”. I then asked if [WITNESS #1] knew, and she said that she did know, and [WITNESS #1] was the one who told her not to say anything.
I then contacted [VICTIM #1] by telephone and asked what happened the night of May 6th. He advised that Pamela had attacked him while they were lying in bed. He advised Pamela told him that she wanted him to leave, and he told her that they were married and he wasn’t going. Pamela then grabbed a fan and threw it at [VICTIM #1]’s face, and then bit him in the arm. [VICTIM #1] advised he had two black eyes, scratches on his left arm, a bite mark, and bruising on his right arm. [VICTIM #1] advised that Pamela is an alcoholic and when she drinks, she becomes aggressive. I asked [VICTIM #1] if we could meet to see the marks, and he said he was staying at the Super 8 Hotel off Hwy 92.
I relocated to 4970 Cowan Rd, Acworth, GA 30101, Room [REDACTED], and met with [VICTIM #1]. I noticed [VICTIM #1] had a black eye, and he showed me the bite mark and bruising on his arm. I took pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s injuries and provided him with a case number.
I confronted [VICTIM #1] about the sexual intercourse with his cat, and he advised that he would never do that and that Pamela makes up stories when she drinks and does not take her medication.
I then relocated back to [4500 BLOCK] April LN and met with Pamela. Pamela was placed under arrest, and I asked if she had anyone to take her dog. I contacted [WITNESS #1], and she advised that she could not take the dog. Animal Control was called, and the dog was turned over to them.
While on the phone with [WITNESS #1], I asked if Pamela ever told her about [VICTIM #1] and his cat. She advised that she had told her about it a while ago. I asked why nothing was said about it while I was there the day before, and she said she did not know.
I read Pamela her Miranda rights and asked if she wanted to speak to me, but she said no. Pamela was placed under arrest for biting [VICTIM #1], transported to the Bartow County Jail, and turned over to jail staff.
