On January 4, 2026, at 2215, I was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Moonlight Drive, Acworth, Georgia 30102, for a domestic dispute.
On arrival, I spoke to Patricia Doyle, who appeared intoxicated and had difficulty following simple commands. She explained that her roommates have been knocking on her bedroom door and were attempting to put their hands on her by being physical. They accused her of doing drugs, and this made her mad.
I spoke to [WITNESS #1], who stated that Patricia has been drinking and causing a disturbance in the house by yelling and hitting the walls and doors. [WITNESS #1] told her to go to sleep, but she refused. The incident has been verbal all night, and no threats or property damage have been reported. [WITNESS #1] believed the incident would escalate since Patricia had been drinking all night.
Before arriving, Patricia attempted to cancel responding units and stated all parties were separated. While I was still on scene, Patricia called 911 and then hung up; there was no emergency at that time. When I asked her why she called 911, she was unable to provide a clear explanation.
Before this incident at 1951 hours, I had spoken to Patricia via telephone over unrelated topics she brought up, as it was hard to understand her due to being intoxicated, and I provided the victim resources to her upon her request.
Taking into consideration that Patricia was under the influence, with the possibility of her continuing to harass 911 operators and make false reports, I proceeded to arrest her for her unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
Handcuffs were applied to Patricia, checked for fit, and double locked. She was searched incident to arrest, and no contraband was discovered. Patricia was transported and released to the staff at the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office.
