On 6/11/2026 at 2134hrs, I was dispatched to [5300 BLOCK] Allatoona Gateway Apt. [REDACTED] for a domestic altercation. Upon arrival, I met [VICTIM #1]. He stated that his baby momma (Ramaya Colon) and he were arguing about her vehicle. He said he used his credit and pay stubs, and she put a down payment on the vehicle. He said he told her he wanted it back, and she would not give him the keys. I advised him that vehicle ownership is a civil issue because they both have a financial interest in it.
He said she became aggressive and tried to run him over with the vehicle, and she also got out and hit him. He showed me the videos. In the video, it showed Ramaya driving the vehicle, and [VICTIM #1] was standing next to a parked vehicle. He stepped out as she was turning to the left, and they were fussing at each other, and the vehicle swerved to the right at [VICTIM #1], almost hitting him. In another video, it showed Ramaya get out of the driver’s seat, approaching him, and slapping his hand. Ramaya then got in the vehicle and left the area.
I had Ramaya come to the gas station next to the apartment and give me her side of the story. When she arrived willingly, she told me about the vehicle issue. She also said [VICTIM #1] slammed the driver’s door on her arm and leg. The only mark I saw was a pre-existing bruise on her left upper arm. She said she was turning, and [VICTIM #1] stepped in front of her vehicle. However, the video showed different. I notified Ramaya that she was under arrest. I handcuffed her behind her back and checked for proper fit and that the cuffs were double-locked. I transported her to the Bartow County Jail, where she was booked in.
Videos were uploaded to a Coreforce link that I provided to the victim.
Warrants were obtained for Aggravated Assault and Simple Battery.

BOND SET FOR RAMAYA PRECIOUS COLON
What this means: A bond was set for Ramaya Precious Colon in Bartow County in the amount of $8,500. This means Colon had the option to pay that amount — or have a bondsman pay it — in order to be released from custody while the case moves forward. The bond document lists two warrant/citation numbers: CE0181653 and CE0181654, corresponding to charges of Aggravated Assault (Family Violence) and Simple Battery (Family Violence). A surety named James Bond is listed as the bond security. Colon is accused of these offenses; no guilt has been determined at this stage.
