On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at approximately 2050 hours, I responded to 4 South Tennessee Street Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia in reference to a domestic report.
Upon arrival contact was made with [WITNESS #1], who is the listed juveniles counselor. [WITNESS #1] provided a written statement, which she took from the juvenile. According to the statement, the juvenile’s boyfriend (Samuel Jenkins) physically hits the juvenile and forces the juvenile to have sexual acts or negotiated control. The statement also says Samuel requests BDM acts. [WITNESS #1] advised these incidents have occurred multiple times at the juvenile’s parents’ home ([200 BLOCK] Bozeman Road NW White, Georgia). [WITNESS #1] also confirmed the sexual acts did involve penetration.
Contact was made with [WITNESS #2], who is the juvenile’s stepmother. [WITNESS #2] stated the Juvenile has not been to the counselor in a few weeks but has requested to see [WITNESS #1] several times. When the juvenile saw [WITNESS #1] today, she informed her of these incidents.
I spoke with [WITNESS #3], who is the juvenile’s father. [WITNESS #3] stated he spoke with Samuel, and he told him he did hit the juvenile during sex. [WITNESS #3] stated at first Samuel tried saying he only hit the juvenile one time. [WITNESS #3] stated Samuel later informed him he had hit the juvenile twice.
Investigator Chandler was contacted and advised of the incident. Investigator Chandler is in the process of getting the juvenile into the Sexual Assault center, so a sexual assault kit can be completed.
I asked [WITNESS #2] if the juvenile had any injuries or if any medical treatment was needed. [WITNESS #2] advised the juveniles does not have any injuries, nor was any medical treatment needed at this time.
This case will be left active for investigations.
