On April 6, 2026 at approximately 1637 hours, I was dispatched to [40 BLOCK] Hannon Way, Cartersville, Georgia 30120 in reference to a Domestic Dispute.
Upon my arrival, Officer A. Smith and I spoke with Savioun Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan became irate and began yelling and using profanity. Mr. Sullivan stated he was upset people were in his house not contributing towards bills. Mr. Sullivan stated he wanted everyone out of the house because he was tired of taking care of everyone.
I spoke with the complainant who stated she and Mr. Sullivan engaged in a verbal altercation due to him cutting the Internet off and smoking in the home. Complainant stated while she and Mr. Sullivan were in the hallway, she turned around, and Mr. Sullivan threw an unidentified object striking her in the back of the head. I felt a knot located on the back right side of Complainant’s head. Officer A. Smith stated she also felt a knot located in the same area. When I felt the knot, Complainant winced, and stated it was painful. Metro EMS was requested to check on Complainant is currently pregnant.
Mr. Sullivan was arrested by handcuffing his hands behind his back, checking the handcuffs for proper fit, and double locking the handcuffs. Mr. Sullivan was searched incident to arrest with no contraband located. Mr. Sullivan was placed in the back of my marked patrol unit which was checked before and after each shift, before and after each transport with no contraband located.
Complainant was provided with a case number in reference to this incident and advised of her victim’s rights.
While in transport to the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Sullivan began to bang his head on the partition separating the front and back seats.
Mr. Sullivan was turned over to Bartow County Sheriff’s Deputies.
I obtained one warrant for Mr. Sullivan: Battery Against a Female Who is Pregnant- Family Violence (Warrant Number: CE-0180013).
