On Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at approximately 1650 hours, I was dispatched to [70 BLOCK] Adams Chapel Road, in Cartersville, Georgia, in reference to a domestic report.

Upon arrival, I spoke with [VICTIM #1] outside of the residence in the driveway. He told me that his wife, Shelby Fednander had tried to take a tv remote from him. In doing so she caused cuts to his hand. [VICTIM #1] said that Shelby was out in his truck with the alarm on, he went outside to see what was going on. She also had taken all the tv remotes and put them in the truck. [VICTIM #1] said he was trying to get the alarm off and bring the remotes back inside. Pictures of [VICTIM #1]’s left hand with cuts were taken on my Body warn camera.

[VICTIM #1] said that he thinks Shelby has been suffering from some sort of mental health issue, causing her to act strange.

Shelby was taken into custody at the residence and booked into the Bartow County Jail for FVA Battery.
