On October 31, 2025, at approximately 2242 hours the Bartow County Sheri’s Office received a phone call from a Mrs. Teresa Toth wanting a welfare check on the residents located at [50 BLOCK] Milam Circle. Mrs. Toth makes these phone calls on a regular basis and advises the believes the individuals at the residence are deceased, and she has seen the obituaries.

Mrs. Toth has contacted the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office approximately 18 times from two different phone numbers since July 9, 2025, for the same reasons stated above. On April 17, 2025, Mrs. Toth was issued a criminal trespass warning for the residence of [50 BLOCK] Milam Circle. On May 5, 2025, Mrs. Toth was arrested for returning to the residence of [50 BLOCK] Milam Circle and boarded at the Bartow County Jail.

On Monday November 3, 2025, Sergeant Payne responded to the residence of [50 BLOCK] Milam Circle in an attempt to make contact with the residents. Sergeant Payne made contact with the residents identified as Mr. [WITNESS #1], Mr. [WITNESS #2] and Mr. [WITNESS #3]. [WITNESS #1], [WITNESS #1], and [WITNESS #3] all provided written statements stating they are tired of the constant harassment from Mrs. Toth and officers arriving at their residence.

Due to the constant harassment and phone calls warrants were obtained for stalking X3, and Unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
