On Wednesday, July 27, 2026, at approximately 1531 hours, I responded to [10 BLOCK] Green Ives Ln. in reference to a stalking report. Upon my arrival, I met with the victim/complainant, Victim 1.
Victim 1 stated that she currently has a bond order against her husband, Mr. Terry Earwood, prohibiting him from contacting her. She advised that from July 24, 2026, through today, Mr. Earwood has sent hernumerous text messages in violation of that order.
Victim 1 provided me with a copy of the bond order signed by Judge Gunn, which states that Mr. Earwood is to have no contact with her. She also showed me the text messages Mr. Earwood had sent to her phone. The text messages were documented on my body-worn camera.
A copy of the bond order was attached to this report, along with the Victim Notification Form. Victim 1 was advised of her victim’s rights. This interaction was captured on my body-worn camera.
A warrant for Aggravated Stalking was obtained for Mr. Terry Earwood (Warrant #CE-0182549).
