On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at approximately 0035 hours, I was dispatched to 461 Old Mill Pl (Tom’s Place) for a dispute. Upon my arrival, I spoke to the caller identified as Mr. Timothy Cabe. Mr. Cabe stated Ms. [WITNESS #1] tried to give him fake money. Mr. Cabe informed me security staff made him leave.
The security guard, identified as Mr. [WITNESS #2], stated Mr. Cabe was causing a scene by yelling “you are giving me fu*king fake money.” at Ms. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #2] stated Mr. Cabe stated to other customers “these motherfu*kers are giving me fake money”. Mr. [WITNESS #2] informed me he instructed Mr. Cabe to leave the property several times. Mr. [WITNESS #2] stated Mr. Cabe refused to leave. Mr. [WITNESS #2] informed me himself and another security guard, identified as Mr. [REDACTED], picked up Mr. Cabe to remove him from the business.
Mr. [WITNESS #3] stated he witnessed the incident. Mr. [WITNESS #3] informed me Mr. Cabe was yelling at Ms. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [WITNESS #3] stated Mr. Cabe left $3 on the bar as he was being thrown out.
Mr. [WITNESS #2] stated he attempted to contact 911, but Mr. Cabe made contact with 911 first. Mr. [WITNESS #2] stated he wanted Mr. Cabe criminally trespass from the business. I informed Mr. Cabe he will be issued a criminal trespass warning (CTW) from Tom’s Place. I instructed Mr. Cabe to hand me his license, but Mr. Cabe stated he would present his license. Mr. Cabe informed me he would not hand me his license. I explained to Mr. Cabe that he was being Criminally trespassed from Tom’s Place and I need his license to fill out the paperwork, but he refused to give any information from his license.
I instructed Mr. Cabe to place his hand behind his back. As I assisted Mr. Cabe to place his hands behind his back, he pulled away from me to prevent me from placing him into handcuffs. I assisted Mr. Cabe to the ground to place him into a better position to be handcuffed. As soon as Mr. Cabe was on the ground, he pulled his left arm underneath his body. I instructed Mr. Cabe to place his left hand behind his back and he complied. I placed Mr. Cabe into handcuffs behind the back, checked for fit, and double locked for safety.
A search of Mr. Cabe was conducted yielding negative of weapons or contraband. I placed Mr. Cabe into the back of my department issued patrol vehicle which is searched prior to and after transport yielding negative of contraband. I transported Mr. Cabe to 104 Zena Dr (Bartow County Adult Detention Center) for housing. Warrants were obtained for disorderly conduct (CE-0176896) and obstruction (CE-0176897).
