On February 22, 2026, at approximately 2115 hours, I, Deputy Morera, responded to [200 BLOCK] Park ST, in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Adagio Allen. Mr. Allen came out of his blue 2024 Chevy Malibu bearing GA tag [REDACTED]. Mr. Allen had his hands up. I immediately handcuffed Mr. Allen and Myrandized him. Mr. Allen stated he wanted to talk after hearing his rights. Mr. Allen confessed to pistol-whipping his girlfriend, [VICTIM #1], in the forehead. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was also in Mr. Allen’s vehicle upon my arrival. The vehicle was parked in front of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s house, which is the location of this incident. Mr. Allen also stated that he was the one who called dispatch, and that Ms. [VICTIM #1] pepper-sprayed him and took his phone before he pistol-whipped her.

Given my training and experience with pepper spray, I did not see any symptoms that Mr. Allen was pepper-sprayed. He did not have any trouble breathing, red watery eyes, or a burning sensation in his face. I also could not smell or feel any of the effects of pepper spray in the air, as the spray would still linger if it was used close to the time of my arrival. Those effects and symptoms were also absent in Ms. [VICTIM #1], as she would have gotten sprayed on her if she were to use it, especially in a confined space such as Mr. Allen’s vehicle.

I made contact with Ms. [VICTIM #1] after placing Mr. Allen into my vehicle and calling for EMS to evaluate and treat the wound on her forehead caused by Mr. Allen. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did not use or have any pepper spray. She stated that Mr. Allen was bringing her home and wanted to have sex with her. She told him that was not going to happen, and got angry. Stating that Mr. Allen got out of the car and tried to pull out by her hair and then pistol-whipped her in the forehead.

Mr. Allens Tan 9mm Glock 19X Serial # AHKX366 was recovered from his vehicle and turned in to the Bibb County Crimelab. A clear bag of green leafy substance resembling the smell and appearance of marijuana was also turned into the Bibb County Crimelab.

Adagio Allen was transported to the Bibb County LEC without incident. Mr. Allen is charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of Marijuana Less Than a OZ. This is not a Family Violence case as the victim and accused do not live together or share a child. Ms. [VICTIM #1] is pressing charges.
