On November 12, 2024 at or about 11:20 P.M. I Sgt. Stokes responded to [6800 BLOCK] Missouri McElmurry Drive within Macon-Bibb County (Lizella) Georgia in reference to a person shot.

Upon arrival I made contact with Mr. [WITNESS #1] who advised that his grand-daughter [VICTIM #1] was in the house. A few minutes later [VICTIM #1] came out to provide information about what had happened. [VICTIM #1] advised that her old friend from Rutland High School had made contact with her through a social media APP. She advised that her old friend Alexandria Duncan came to the house on Missouri McElmurry Drive where [VICTIM #1] and she talked. At some point they left the house and went for a drive, while driving they started to have an argument.

Once back at [VICTIM #1]’s house the argument escalated to the point Duncan brandished a firearm and started shooting at [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was struck once in the right leg above the knee, she also had other injuries to both legs that appeared to be from debris where a projectile strikes a hard surface and scatters loose material. At some point during this incident [VICTIM #1]’s little sister [REDACTED] came outside, she had also known Duncan from Rutland High School. Mr. [WITNESS #2] was sitting on his porch across the street from the incident, he advised that he could not see what all was going on but he heard arguing then the gun fire across the yard at the neighbors house. Ms. Duncan fled the scene in a dark color vehicle, unknown make or model.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] was transported to the hospital via ambulance. Investigator Stokes was notified and responded. Five cartridge cases were recovered from the driveway at Ms. [VICTIM #1] home, the cases were collected and submitted as evidence.

Crime victim case cards given.
