On June 10, 2026, at approximately 1928 hours, I, Cpl. T. Lewis, was dispatched to [3000 BLOCK] Log Cabin Drive in reference to a fight/disorderly conduct incident.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with security personnel at Green Meadows, who advised there was a gathering taking place at apartment [REDACTED]. While speaking with security outside the residence, Alisha Clopton exited the apartment while consuming a beer. Ms. Clopton was advised that she could not operate a vehicle due to her apparent intoxication and was instructed to locate another driver for her vehicle.

Ms. Clopton then walked away from the apartment and approached a black BMW, where she exchanged words with the driver, later identified as [VICTIM #1]. Following the verbal exchange, [VICTIM #1] stated that Ms. Clopton reached inside the vehicle and touched her shoulders. Ms. Clopton then walked away from the vehicle, stating that the passenger inside [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle had displayed a firearm toward her.

I spoke with [VICTIM #1] and advised her to leave the property and avoid further contact with Ms. Clopton. [VICTIM #1] advised that no one inside the vehicle possessed or displayed a firearm. While [VICTIM #1] was attempting to leave the property, Ms. Clopton continued walking alongside the vehicle, verbally engaging with both the driver and passenger. Ms. Clopton then lifted her dress, bent over beside the vehicle in a disorderly manner, and ran up the hill.

Once I was able to get in front of Ms. Clopton, I detained her. When asked to provide her name, Ms. Clopton stated that her name was “Mental Health” and refused to identify herself, hindering my investigation.

Alisha Clopton was transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstruction.
