On September 26, 2025, I, Deputy Covin badge #2660 was dispatched to 567 Plum Street Macon, Georgia (Fall Line Brewing Co.) in reference to a black male subject exposing himself.

Upon arrival, I observed a Black male standing in front of the above location pulling up his underwear. The black male had only a blue/gray shirt on and black underwear on. The black male was identified as Andrew Lee Jones, DOB [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

I also spoke with the complainant, [VICTIM #1] the restaurant Manager. Ms. [VICTIM #1] said she was getting complaints from customers that Mr. Jones was exposing himself in front of the restaurant. Ms. [VICTIM #1] said she approached Mr. Jones to advised him to put on some clothes. Ms. [VICTIM #1] said Mr. Jones had his male genitals expose and mast*rbating in front of her.

I arrested Mr. Jones and transported him to the Macon-Bibb County LEC in the rear of my Patrol unit. Mr. Jones will be charged with public indecency ( 16-6-8 ).
