On 10/28/2025 at 0830 hours I assisted Macon Bibb Code Enforcement Officers in clearing a vacant premises located [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Officer M. Turner advised me that he was clearing the fourth floor of the building when he tried to open a door. Officer Turner stated that the door was being held from the inside, preventing him from opening it. Officer Turner stated that he went around and entered the room through another door.

Officer Turner stated that when he entered, he observed the suspect (Antivan Tillman) and the victim [REDACTED BY AGENCY] inside the room naked. Mr. Turner stated Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told him that she was being held against her will there by Mr. Tillman and that Mr. Tillman had assaulted her. Code Enforcement Officers detained Mr. Tillman, called for and ambulance, and contacted Bibb County sheriff’s Office Investigators.

I spoke with Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] as she was being checked out by Atrium Paramedics. I observed that her nose was bleeding and she had dark bruises on her jaw and eye. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also stated that her shoulder was sore and her ribs were hurting, causing her to have trouble while breathing. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised me that she has been friends with Mr. Tillman for some time and had met up with him downtown about two days prior. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that she followed Mr. Tillman to the vacant building [REDACTED BY AGENCY] at his behest.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that once they arrived, they went to the fourth floor and Mr. Tillman asked her to perform oral sex on him. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that when she said no, Mr. Tillman began to “beat” her, striking her in the face and body. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that over the next day, Mr. Tillman continued to beat her, while brandishing a knife, and threatening to skin her and kill her cat. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she performed oral sex on Mr. Tillman and remained in the room out of fear for her safety.

Sgt. Munguia and Sgt. Durbin with the Criminal Investigations Division arrived on scene and spoke to Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] before giving her a Crime Victim’s Case Pamphlet. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was transported to the Medical Center for treatment.

I transported Mr. Tillman to the Bibb LEC for outstanding warrants, including a previous Aggravated Assault and Battery against Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
